Terms of Service

Welcome to BellaBellaLive (“BellaBellaLive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a premium WebXR social platform for immersive live VR interactions and private host experiences.

By accessing or using our website at bellabellalive.com, our mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

Viewers and Members: You must be at least 13 years old to browse the platform, watch live streams, and create an account. Users under 13 are not permitted under any circumstances.

Hosts and Broadcasters: You must be at least 18 years old to register as a host. Age is self-declared during profile setup and must be verified via government-issued ID within a 2-week verification window from profile creation.

Hosts who fail to complete verification within the 2-week deadline will have their broadcasting privileges revoked until verification is completed.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements applicable to your intended use of the Service.

Minors under 18 may not purchase Bella Coins, make premium session appointments, or send tips. Hosts must not facilitate transactions with users they know or suspect to be under 18.

BellaBellaLive is a social VR platform and is NOT intended for, and does NOT permit, adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content of any kind.

Users and hosts are strictly prohibited from broadcasting, uploading, streaming, messaging, or otherwise distributing any explicit, sexual, or adult-oriented material on the platform.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to: nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, sexualization of minors, and any content intended for sexual arousal.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

BellaBellaLive reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any content violates this policy, and to take appropriate action including suspension or permanent ban.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or its users.

One person may not maintain multiple accounts without prior written consent from BellaBellaLive.

Hosts must be at least 18 years old, complete identity and age verification, and select a category (Women, Men, Girls, or Boys) during profile setup.

All four categories are restricted to adults (18+). Categories are style-based, not age-based. “Girls” and “Boys” refer to young adult personas (18+), not minors.

Hosts must maintain the quality and professionalism of their broadcasts and adhere to scheduled session times.

Hosts retain rights over their content and likeness, but grant BellaBellaLive a license to host, display, and distribute content on the platform as needed to operate the Service.

Hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from earnings on the platform.

BellaBellaLive reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke host status at its discretion.

Bella Coins are the platform's virtual currency used for making session appointments, tipping hosts, and accessing premium features.

Bella Coins can be purchased through our payment partner via secure checkout. Purchased Bella Coins have no monetary value outside the platform and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

All prices displayed on the platform include applicable platform fees unless otherwise stated.

Hosts receive earnings from sessions and tips, subject to a platform fee deducted from each transaction.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. BellaBellaLive does not store your full payment card details.

You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.

Disputes regarding charges can be raised from your dashboard within 30 days of the transaction date.

Appointments for premium VR sessions are made at the host's listed price and are confirmed upon successful payment.

Hosts set their own availability, session pricing, and session types. BellaBellaLive facilitates appointments but is not a party to the host-user relationship.

Cancellations by users may be eligible for a refund per our Refund Policy, depending on the timing of cancellation.

Cancellations by hosts will result in a full refund to the user. Repeated host cancellations may result in suspension of host privileges.

BellaBellaLive is not liable for the quality, content, or outcome of individual sessions. Hosts are independent contractors, not employees.

Sessions must not contain prohibited content as defined in Section 3.

You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, impersonation, spamming, fraud, illegal activity, and distributing malware.

You may not use the Service to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.

You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission from the content owner.

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where applicable.

VR experiences require a compatible headset (such as Meta Quest) and a supported browser. We are not liable for hardware-related issues or incompatibility.

Some features depend on third-party streaming infrastructure and may be subject to interruptions beyond our control.

Prolonged use of VR headsets may cause discomfort, dizziness, or motion sickness. Take breaks as needed and discontinue use if you experience discomfort.

BellaBellaLive is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of VR hardware while accessing the Service.

Users are responsible for ensuring their physical environment is safe before using VR features.

The Service, including its design, features, branding, and original content, is owned by BellaBellaLive and protected by intellectual property laws.

Hosts retain ownership of their content and likeness. By uploading content, hosts grant BellaBellaLive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute the content as needed to operate the Service.

Users may not download, copy, or redistribute host content without the host's express permission.

Trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Service are the property of BellaBellaLive or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

BellaBellaLive does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

We do not warrant that any host will be available at a scheduled time or that any session will meet your expectations.

You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BellaBellaLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BellaBellaLive in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for the conduct of any user or host on the platform, including any loss or damage arising from interactions between users and hosts.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BellaBellaLive, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

BellaBellaLive may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any Bella Coins remaining in your account may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of unused Bella Coins.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall remain in effect.

BellaBellaLive may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BellaBellaLive regarding the Service.

BellaBellaLive's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
