Refund Policy

Cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund.

Within 24 hours, refunds are at the host's discretion per platform rules.

If a host does not join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start, you receive a full refund automatically.

If a session cannot proceed due to platform or streaming failure, you receive a full refund or a new appointment.

Hardware issues on the user's side are not eligible.

Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Platform fees are refunded in full for eligible refunds.
