Do I need to download an app?
No. Open BellaBellaLive in Meta Quest Browser and enter VR directly via WebXR. No APK, no extension, no install.
What devices are supported?
Meta Quest is the primary platform. The site also works on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile with a browser fallback when WebXR is unavailable.
What if WebXR isn't available?
The experience gracefully falls back to a standard browser video and chat view. You can still browse, make appointments and message.
How do payments work?
Securely through our payment partner. We never store raw card data in our database. Pricing is shown clearly before checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — see our Refund Policy. Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund. Model no-shows are refunded automatically.
How do hosts go live?
From the Host Studio, run pre-flight checks (camera, mic, connection, VR format) and start broadcasting. Pro VR cameras not browser-accessible connect via an encoder gateway.
Is my data private?
Yes. Manage visibility, notifications, export your data, or delete your account from the Privacy page.
What is Environment Mode?
A feature letting you see the model within your physical space — Full VR, Environment Mode (passthrough where supported), Transparent Background, or Cinema Mode.
